At Primrose Letting we are particular about the properties we take on and the tenants we let to. Although this process may take a little longer to satisfy our requirements, we have found from experience that our system avoids the problems associated with letting. All prospective tenants are required to pay a minimum of 1 calendar month's rent in advance, 1 calendar month's rent as a deposit and all documentation fees.

Primrose Properties have been established for over 20 Years & have been successfully selling properties in Brixham during that period. We promise to continue to work hard to maintain & improve our already good reputation.

A Cheque Cashing service is also available, all cheques considered. Proof of I.D is required (address & signature).
