Seaways is a small guesthouse offering bed and breakfast with optional evening meal and luxury accommodation in Paignton, Torbay in the heart of the English Riviea.

Ideally situated for the holiday maker who wishes to forget the car, as both Torquay town centre and harbour side are a short stroll away. Those who wish to enjoy Torquay's nightlife will discover theatres, pubs clubs and restaurants.

Business people will find a comfortable environment to relax in after the rigours and stresses of their day. However if business calls we have free wifi capability running throughout the premises as well as a computer with broadband internet access for guests use. Fax facilities are also available on request.

We extend a warm and friendly welcome and are delightfully situated on Paignton seafront very close to all the amenities (just a minute or two from the beach!).

All rooms come equipped with TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Rooms are available with beautiful sea views and you could even book our luxury four-poster bed room.

We are renowned for our excellent food, good service and creating a happy relaxed atmosphere for all of our guests.

If you wish to relax peacefully, we have a newly refurbished bar with dramatic views of the seafront and Torbay.

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are allowed for a small charge by prior agreement (when booking), but are only allowed in the bedroom (please bring your own doggy bedding).

An additional charge will be made for any damage caused.

Guide dogs will not be charged for and are allowed in the public areas.

All rooms are en suite or have private facilities and are non-smoking.
