Welcome to the Lawnswood Guest House. We are a friendly, family run Guest House which is an ideal base from which to enjoy all that Torquay and the surrounding area has to offer.

Our superb location gives easy access on foot to shops, beach, seafront, harbour, town centre and theatre.

We pride ourselves on providing our guests with quality accommodation and excellent food.

Rates

Prices range from £18 to £25 per person per night for bed and breakfast (depending on season).

Childrens rates available, (no children under 10 years), depending on age.
Spring and Autumn breaks available.

A deposit of 20% is required when booking.

Rooms available from 3.30pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
