Set in Devon's glorious countryside and using our unrivalled range of activities we design action packed events that are memorable, rewarding and fun. Ashcombe has been purpose built for outdoor entertainment. Young and active, old and bold - stag/hen weekends, team building/leadership skills - celebrations of any kind.

All our events are designed specifically to your requirements. Come and try your hand at just one activity or plan an action packed break for a few days, enjoy some tasty food served in our dining hall, then relax at the bar which is only a short distance from the twin en-suite accommodation.

Paintball
The Ashcombe Paintball site covers a large area of woodland with a deep ravine and stream running through it.

All games are professionally managed by experienced Marshals. The site incorporates bridges, a bunker, a tower and a crashed aeroplane, from which an extensive variety of games are played. Floodlit night games and Sunday games are available upon request.

Devon Leisure, a separate business operating on the Ashcombe Adventure Centre site, offers all of the advertised motorized activities. Devon Leisure pay meticulous attention to safety, and their staff are friendly and well trained.

They provide all of the safety equipment needed and boast an excellent staff to pupil ratio.

Facilities & Accommodation
Adjacent to the main centre, you will find our purpose built accommodation, housing 14 twin en-suite bedrooms, games room and conference facilities. Accommodation is offered on Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, or Full Board basis.

Our games room is situated at the rear of the accommodation building, and is always open. The games room contains free-to-use facilities, including: a full size pool table, table tennis, table football, chairs & tables, and television (with digital box) & video. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you would like, e.g. PS2, X-BOX, DVD Player & DVD’s or even just videos. Alcohol may be bought from the ‘The Stagger Inn’ to be consumed in the games room.

‘The Stagger Inn’ on-site licensed bar is located on the first floor of the main building, and is always well stocked!
NOTE: No alcohol will be served until all activities have been completed

We can cater for groups of most sizes in our Valley Room, with a large selection of pre-booked menus to choose from. We have BBQ style meals, bountiful Buffets and a variety of 2 or 3 course meals, all with a delicious range of puddings and served with a friendly smile.

Our Conference Room, seating 30 delegates, or the larger Valley Room seating 60 people are available to hire. The facilities include paper pads, pencils, white board, overhead projector, video player and flip charts.

We have ample parking on site for cars, minibuses, coaches, and we even have a helipad! (Exeter is our closest airport)
