Welcome to Brookside Guest House in Brixham.

We have five double bedrooms for you to choose from including the popular guest suite which has a separate lounge & is located on the ground floor.

Brookside Guest House in Brixham has a no smoking policy for the comfort of our guests.

We pride ourselves in offering quality furnishings and fittings in all our bedrooms for our guests comfort and relaxation. You have a choice of five double rooms including our guest suite with seating area, colour television, en~suite facilities and double bedroom.

You also have the choice of two double en~suite rooms with colour television and hot drink making facilities.

We have two double rooms with shared facilities and as with all our bedrooms they have a colour television & hot drinks tray.

If you would like to keep cool drinks for those hot summer days we have provided a fridge in every room.

If you are visiting us out of season or in cooler climes central heating is installed throughout the guest house.

What better way is there to start your day and set you up for your holiday relaxing on the beautiful south Devon coast than with the Brookside traditional full English breakfast ?

Served every morning in the dining room we have a choice of eggs including fried, poached, boiled or scrabbled combined with bacon, sausage, fried bread and the usual English trimmings.

If you prefer a lighter option or a starter to your full English we have cereals, fruit segments, toast & preserves, fruit juices, tea and coffee.

All our food is cooked to order and where possible we use fresh local produce.

For guests who are vegetarian or have special dietary requirements please contact us prior to your arrival stating your exact needs and we will be happy to assist.

Breakfast at the Brookside Guest House is included in the room tariff.

TARIFF 2007

Average prices start at just £32.50 per person per night . We accept most major credit cards.

Do please note that a cancellation will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in the full amount being charged unless the reserved accommodation can be re-let for the full booking period.

We offer a pick up & drop off service for our guests from the coach & train station and from regional airports.

If you are travelling by car directions are as follows: From the M5/Exeter follow the A38 and A380 (Torbay) to Newton Abbott. Continue on A380 toward Torquay via kingskerswell and turn right at the Riviera Roundabout still on A380 around Paignton and A3022 to Brixham. On entering Brixham follow road markings 'Town' at Monksbridge traffic lights. Brookside is then 6th bungalow on right in New Road.
